The Best Mini Bernedoodle Breeder In Wainwright, Ohio

Ohio Puppy Paws is a family-run mini bernedoodle breeder serving wainwright, Ohio. Our Millersburg home has been the heart of this breeding program since 2011, and the years have taught us how much the early weeks shape the dog a puppy becomes. Every Mini Bernedoodle here is raised underfoot in our living space rather than tucked away, so the sounds and handling of family life are already familiar by the time they leave us. We put our breeding parents through OFA and genetic testing because the health of a puppy starts generations before it is born, never on the day it goes home. Each Mini Bernedoodle comes with a 3-year health guarantee, which gives families real time to settle in without wondering what might surface later.

Available Mini Bernedoodle Puppies for Wainwright Families

Every puppy currently looking for a home has a full profile with recent photos and honest temperament notes written by the people who feed them, play with them, and know which one claims the warm spot by the door. Our BAB (Behavior, Adaptability, Bond) assessment matches each puppy to your lifestyle so you get the right fit from day one. Reading those notes before you ever make the drive means a family in wainwright can narrow things down from the couch and arrive already knowing which Mini Bernedoodle might be theirs. We would rather you take your time and choose well than rush a decision you will live with for the next fifteen years.

Upcoming Mini Bernedoodle Litters

If a new puppy does not fit your calendar right now, planning ahead is often the smarter move, and our upcoming litters let you claim a spot long before the puppies arrive. Each planned litter is published with the parents’ health records, the coat types and adult sizes we expect from the pairing, and a projected window for when those puppies will be ready to go home. That kind of advance notice gives wainwright families room to line up time off work, puppy-proof the house, and count down with the kids.

How to Reserve Your Mini Bernedoodle Puppy

Bringing home one of our Mini Bernedoodle puppies starts with a short application, and for families in wainwright and across the region that form is genuinely the first step rather than a hurdle. Once we review and approve your application, a deposit locks in your spot and the matching process begins, where we weigh your household, activity level, and hopes against the temperaments we have been documenting in the litter. Between that reservation and pickup day, we set up free FaceTime check-ins so you can watch your puppy grow, see their personality surface, and ask us anything that comes to mind.

Start Your Application or call or text Becky at (330) 601-6871 if you’d like to talk through availability first.

Frequently Asked Questions About Mini Bernedoodle Puppies

These are the questions families ask us most often, and we answer them the same way on the phone as we do here.

What makes Ohio Puppy Paws different from other Mini Bernedoodle breeders in Wainwright?

We have been breeding from our Millersburg home since 2011, long enough to know that reputation is built one well-raised puppy at a time rather than by volume. Our breeding parents go through OFA and genetic testing before they are ever paired, and every Mini Bernedoodle leaves us with a 3-year health guarantee so families are not carrying that worry alone. We also match puppies to households ourselves instead of handing out litters first-come-first-served, because the right pairing matters more than the order of a list.

How does the temperament-matching program work?

We start watching each puppy within the first few weeks, noting who charges toward a new noise, who hangs back to study it, and who falls asleep in the first lap that offers. Those observations get written down as the litter grows, so by the time matching begins we have weeks of real behavior to work from rather than a single snapshot. When we read your application, we line those documented traits up against your household rhythm, your kids or lack of them, and the home your Mini Bernedoodle will actually live in.

What’s included with every Mini Bernedoodle puppy?

Every puppy goes home under our 3-year health guarantee, which covers the window when genetic concerns would realistically appear and lets families relax into the first years together. Our $399 starter kit sends you off with the food your puppy is already eating, a collar and leash, grooming basics, and a training guide written for this breed, so nothing about the first week has to be guesswork. Free FaceTime check-ins keep you connected before pickup, and our lifetime breeder support means you can text us about a chewing phase or a coat question years down the road.

What should Wainwright families know before getting a Mini Bernedoodle?

Life out around Wainwright and the Tuscarawas valley tends to come with a bit of ground to roam and trails worth walking, which suits a Mini Bernedoodle that wants a solid daily outing followed by a long nap at your feet. That wavy Bernese-and-Poodle coat needs brushing a few times a week and a professional trim every couple of months, especially after a muddy spring in the river bottoms. Plan on real exercise and real togetherness, because this is a breed that would rather be with you in the yard than left alone in it.

Is a Mini Bernedoodle a good fit for families in Wainwright?

The Mini Bernedoodle’s calm, people-first nature fits the pace of a small Tuscarawas County community where neighbors still wave from the porch and a dog meets the same faces week after week. Their smaller stature means they settle comfortably into an older farmhouse, a village lot, or a newer build without needing acreage to stay content, yet they still have the stamina for a Saturday at Tappan Lake or an evening walk down a township road. For households juggling school schedules, work, and the occasional houseful of relatives, that steady temperament is exactly what makes them easy to live with.

How far do families travel to pick up their Mini Bernedoodle from Ohio Puppy Paws?

Our place sits in Millersburg in the heart of Holmes County, and families make the drive from every corner of Ohio as well as Pennsylvania, Indiana, and Michigan to meet their puppy in person. For anyone in wainwright or farther afield who cannot get away, we also arrange delivery so your Mini Bernedoodle arrives safely at your door instead of the trip becoming a reason to wait.
