The Best Mini Bernedoodle Breeder In Schoenbrunn, Ohio

Ohio Puppy Paws is a family-run mini bernedoodle breeder serving schoenbrunn, Ohio. Our breeding program has grown out of our Millersburg home since 2011, where the puppies are underfoot in the kitchen rather than tucked away in a kennel building. Every parent dog in our program goes through OFA and genetic testing, because knowing what is behind a litter is the surest way to send healthy puppies home. That confidence is why we stand behind every Mini Bernedoodle with a 3-year health guarantee, giving families real protection during the years that matter most. Our puppies are raised ethically and handled daily, so they arrive curious about people instead of frightened of them. Reserve a Puppy

We would rather help you wait for the right one than hand you the first one available. View Available Puppies

Upcoming Mini Bernedoodle Litters

If a puppy today is not the right moment for your family, planning ahead is often the smarter move, and our upcoming litters let you claim a spot before the puppies arrive. Each planned litter is listed with the parents’ health records, the coat types and adult sizes we expect from the pairing, and a projected availability window, which gives households in Schoenbrunn months of lead time to prepare rather than days. That kind of notice turns a big decision into a well-considered one. View Upcoming Litters

Frequently Asked Questions About Mini Bernedoodle Puppies

These are the questions families ask us most often before they bring a Mini Bernedoodle home, answered the same way we would answer them on the phone.

What makes Ohio Puppy Paws different from other mini bernedoodle breeders in Schoenbrunn?

We have been breeding from our Millersburg home since 2011, long enough to know which pairings produce the steady, affectionate temperaments families actually want to live with. Our parent dogs complete OFA and genetic testing before they are ever bred, and every puppy leaves here with a 3-year health guarantee that reflects the confidence we have in those results. The other difference is the matching process, where we hand-select which puppy goes to which home rather than letting it come down to who called first.

How does the temperament-matching program work?

We begin observing each puppy’s unique traits early in their life, documenting their individual personalities to match them perfectly with your family’s lifestyle and home environment. Some puppies are bold and ready to lead the pack, others are the ones who nap in your lap, and those differences show up well before the puppies are ready to leave us. By the time you arrive, we can tell you honestly which one will settle into your household best, which is the single biggest factor in a placement that lasts a lifetime.

What’s included with every mini bernedoodle puppy?

Every Mini Bernedoodle goes home covered by our 3-year health guarantee, which protects your family during the window when genetic concerns would typically surface. Our $399 starter kit includes the food your puppy is already eating, a collar and leash, grooming basics, and a training guide written for this breed specifically, so the first week at home is smooth instead of stressful. Free FaceTime check-ins and lifetime breeder support mean you can reach us at eight weeks or eight years with the same question and get the same answer.

What should Schoenbrunn families know before getting a mini bernedoodle?

Life around the Tuscarawas River valley lends itself beautifully to a Mini Bernedoodle, with trail walks, open yards, and long autumn evenings that suit a dog built for moderate daily activity rather than constant running. Their wavy Bernese-and-Poodle coat does need brushing a few times each week and a professional trim roughly every eight to twelve weeks, especially after a muddy spring in this part of Ohio. Plan on a solid walk or good play session each day and you will have a dog who is content to be a calm shadow the rest of the time.

Is a mini bernedoodle a good fit for families in Schoenbrunn?

The Mini Bernedoodle’s gentle, people-focused temperament suits the close-knit, neighborly character of the Schoenbrunn area, where dogs tend to meet plenty of visitors, grandkids, and passing walkers. At a smaller adult size than a standard Bernedoodle, they fit comfortably in the older homes and village lots common in this corner of Tuscarawas County while still having the stamina for a weekend hike at nearby parks. That balance of sturdy and manageable is exactly why we keep breeding them.

How far do families travel to pick up their mini bernedoodle from Ohio Puppy Paws?

Based in Millersburg, we welcome families traveling from across Ohio and neighboring states, and many turn the pickup into a pleasant day in Holmes County. For families in Schoenbrunn and beyond, delivery options are also available when the drive does not work with your schedule, so distance never becomes the reason a good match falls through. Either way, we walk you through everything before you leave with your puppy.
