The Best Mini Bernedoodle Breeder In Stillwater, Ohio

Ohio Puppy Paws is a family-run mini bernedoodle breeder serving stillwater, Ohio. From our Millersburg home we have been raising litters since 2011, long enough to know that a well-started puppy begins with well-cared-for parents. Every Mini Bernedoodle we raise comes from parents cleared through OFA and genetic testing, because the heartbreak of an avoidable condition is something no family should face. We stand behind that work with a 3-year health guarantee, giving you real reassurance through the years when developmental issues would surface. Our puppies grow up underfoot in a family setting, handled daily so they arrive confident rather than cautious, and our support never ends at pickup. Reserve a Puppy

Available Mini Bernedoodle Puppies for Stillwater Families

Every Mini Bernedoodle puppy with us right now has a full profile featuring current photos and honest temperament notes, written by the people who feed them each morning and watch who leads the wrestling matches. Our BAB (Behavior, Adaptability, Bond) assessment matches each puppy to your lifestyle so you get the right fit from day one. If you are reading from stillwater and wondering which of these pups would settle best into your particular household, those notes are exactly what we built them for. We would rather talk you toward the right puppy than the first available one. View Available Puppies

Upcoming Mini Bernedoodle Litters

If this season is not your season — a move pending, a baby due, a summer already spoken for — our planned litters let you claim a spot early and bring a puppy home when your house is actually ready. For each upcoming litter we publish the parents’ health records, expected coat and size details, and a projected availability window, so anyone in stillwater weighing the timing can match a pickup month to their own calendar rather than guessing. Planning ahead has never cost a family anything but patience. View Upcoming Litters

How to Reserve Your Mini Bernedoodle Puppy

Beginning your journey to a new puppy is simple, and the application is the first step for families in stillwater and throughout the region who want to be considered for a current or future Mini Bernedoodle. Once we review and approve your application, a deposit locks in your spot and the matching process begins, which is the part we enjoy most because it is where temperament notes meet a real household. Between reservation and pickup day we schedule free FaceTime check-ins, so you watch your puppy grow instead of waiting in silence. Start Your Application or call or text Becky at (330) 601-6871 if you’d like to talk through availability first.

Frequently Asked Questions About Mini Bernedoodle Puppies

What makes Ohio Puppy Paws different from other Mini Bernedoodle breeders in Stillwater?

We have been breeding from Millersburg since 2011, which means our program has had more than a decade to prove itself through the dogs now graying in living rooms across Ohio. Every Mini Bernedoodle we raise comes from parents cleared through OFA and genetic testing and goes home with a 3-year health guarantee, so your confidence rests on documentation rather than promises. The other difference families notice is the matching process, where we steer you toward the puppy whose personality actually suits your household instead of whichever one is next in line.

How does the temperament-matching program work?

Our behavior assessment starts in the first weeks of life, when we are already noting which puppy investigates a new sound and which one waits to see what happens first. Those observations get documented as each Mini Bernedoodle develops, building a picture of real tendencies rather than a single afternoon’s snapshot. When it comes time to match, we lay that picture alongside your lifestyle and home environment so the puppy arriving at your door is suited to the life waiting for it.

What’s included with every Mini Bernedoodle puppy?

Every Mini Bernedoodle leaves with a 3-year health guarantee, which covers the window when genetic conditions would typically appear and lets you settle in without quietly worrying. Our $399 starter kit sends you home with food, a collar, a leash, grooming basics, and a training guide, so the first week is about bonding rather than emergency shopping trips. Free FaceTime check-ins keep you connected before pickup, and lifetime breeder support means you can reach us about a coat question or a training hiccup years from now.

What should Stillwater families know before getting a Mini Bernedoodle?

Life around Stillwater and the wider Tuscarawas valley tends to involve open ground, gravel lanes, and muddy seasons, which a Mini Bernedoodle will happily treat as an invitation, so plan on brushing a few times each week and a professional groom roughly every two months to keep that wavy coat from matting. A good daily walk plus a stretch of real play keeps their mind as tired as their legs, and this is a thoughtful breed that genuinely wants a job, even if the job is simply following you through chores. Early socializing with visitors, livestock, and traffic pays you back for the dog’s entire life.

Is a Mini Bernedoodle a good fit for families in Stillwater?

For a community like Stillwater, where many homes sit on acreage but trips into New Philadelphia or Dover are part of the weekly routine, the Mini Bernedoodle’s size hits a practical middle ground — sturdy enough for a farm lane, compact enough for the back seat and a quiet evening indoors. The Bernese side brings that steady, people-centered calm that suits households with children and frequent company, while the Poodle influence keeps them quick to learn fences, boundaries, and manners. They are devoted without being frantic, which is exactly what a rural Ohio family tends to want underfoot.

How far do families travel to pick up their Mini Bernedoodle from Ohio Puppy Paws?

We are based in Millersburg, an easy drive for most of Tuscarawas County, and we regularly welcome families who have driven in from across Ohio and from neighboring states to meet their puppy in person. Pickup day here is something we look forward to, since it is our chance to walk you through everything face to face. For families in stillwater and beyond who cannot make the trip, delivery options are also available — just ask and we will sort out the details.
