The Best Mini Bernedoodle Breeder In Mineral City, Ohio
Ohio Puppy Paws is a family-run mini bernedoodle breeder serving mineral city, Ohio. Everything we do happens right here in Millersburg, where our breeding program began in 2011 and has grown around the same belief that puppies belong underfoot in a real home. Our puppies are ethically raised inside that home, handled every single day, so they arrive already used to voices, footsteps, and the ordinary noise of family life. Every parent dog goes through OFA and genetic testing before we ever plan a pairing, because the health of a litter starts long before the puppies are born. We stand behind that work with a 3-year health guarantee on every puppy, and we stay reachable for the life of your dog whenever a question comes up.
Available Mini Bernedoodle Puppies for Mineral City Families
Each puppy ready for a home right now has a full profile with current photos and honest temperament notes written by the people who raise them, so you can see who is bold, who is thoughtful, and who wants a lap. Our BAB (Behavior, Adaptability, Bond) assessment matches each puppy to your lifestyle so you get the right fit from day one. Someone an hour down the road in Mineral City can read through those notes and know whether a particular puppy suits a houseful of kids or a quieter home before ever making the drive. We would rather you fall for the right personality than the cutest photograph.
Upcoming Mini Bernedoodle Litters
If this season is not the right one for a puppy, our planned litters let you claim a place early and bring your dog home when your schedule actually allows. Each listing shows the parent health records behind the pairing, the coat and adult size we expect from that cross, and a projected availability window, which gives a household in Mineral City the lead time to sort out vacations, fencing, and who handles the early morning walks. Planning ahead has never cost anyone the puppy they wanted.
How to Reserve Your Mini Bernedoodle Puppy
Bringing one of our puppies home takes fewer steps than most people expect. You fill out the application, we review it and reach out with approval, and your deposit locks in a spot, at which point the matching process begins and we start thinking carefully about which puppy belongs in your home. Between that reservation and pickup day we schedule free FaceTime check-ins so you watch your puppy grow instead of waiting in the dark. For families in Mineral City and throughout the region, that application is the honest starting point of the whole thing.

Frequently Asked Questions About Mini Bernedoodle Puppies
What makes Ohio Puppy Paws different from other Mini Bernedoodle breeders in Mineral City?
Breeding from our Millersburg home since 2011 has taught us that longevity matters more than volume, and that shows in how carefully we plan each pairing. Every parent dog clears OFA and genetic testing before a litter is planned, so the puppy you bring home starts with the strongest foundation we know how to give, and a 3-year health guarantee comes with every puppy we place. We also take the matching process seriously rather than handing out puppies in the order deposits arrive.
How does the temperament-matching program work?
Our behavior assessment starts in the first weeks of life, long before anyone chooses a puppy, when we begin noticing which pups investigate a new sound and which ones hang back and watch. Those traits get documented as the litter grows, so by the time we speak with you about your household, your work hours, your kids, and your energy level, we are working from weeks of real observation. Then we match the puppy whose nature genuinely suits your home rather than the one that happens to be next in line.
What’s included with every Mini Bernedoodle puppy?
Every puppy leaves with a 3-year health guarantee that covers you well past the first uncertain year, along with the option of our $399 starter kit containing the food your puppy is already eating, a collar and leash, grooming basics, and a training guide written for this breed. Free FaceTime check-ins keep you connected before pickup day, and our lifetime breeder support means you can text us at year six about a coat change or a training question and still get a real answer.
What should Mineral City families know before getting a Mini Bernedoodle?
Life around Mineral City moves at the pace of the Sandy Valley, where trails, creek banks, and quiet back roads give a young dog plenty of places to burn off steam, and a Mini Bernedoodle will happily take a brisk daily walk followed by a long nap at your feet. The wavy Bernedoodle coat does need real maintenance, meaning a thorough brush-out two or three times a week and a professional groomer every couple of months to keep mats from forming behind the ears and under the legs. We walk every new owner through that routine before pickup so nobody is guessing.
Is a Mini Bernedoodle a good fit for families in Mineral City?
In a small village where neighbors know each other and front porches still get used, the Mini Bernedoodle’s steady, people-focused temperament fits beautifully, since these dogs greet visitors warmly without the frantic energy of a larger working breed. Their compact size suits the older farmhouses and modest lots common through this stretch of Tuscarawas County, where a fenced yard plus a daily walk is plenty of room for them to thrive. They are also calm enough for a car ride to Atwood Lake and patient enough for a long evening indoors when winter closes in.
How far do families travel to pick up their Mini Bernedoodle from Ohio Puppy Paws?
Our puppies are raised and picked up at our home in Millersburg, and families regularly drive in from across Ohio and from neighboring states because they want to meet the people who raised their dog. Mineral City sits a comfortable drive away through Holmes and Tuscarawas county backroads, and for anyone who cannot make the trip we have delivery options available for families there and beyond so your puppy travels safely either way.
