The Best Mini Bernedoodle Breeder In Ragersville, Ohio

Ohio Puppy Paws is a family-run mini bernedoodle breeder serving ragersville, Ohio. Our Millersburg home has been the heart of this breeding program since 2011, and the years have taught us exactly how much care goes into raising a puppy worth waiting for. Every mother and father here comes through OFA and genetic testing before a single litter is planned, because we would rather know everything we can about health than hope for the best. That same conviction is why we stand behind each puppy with a 3-year health guarantee, giving you real protection during the years when a young dog is growing into the family. We also raise our puppies ethically and underfoot, surrounded by children, noise, and daily life, so they arrive in your home already comfortable with the world. Reserve a Puppy

Available Mini Bernedoodle Puppies for Ragersville Families

Every puppy currently looking for a home has a full profile on our site with recent photos, weight updates, and honest notes about what makes that particular personality tick. Our BAB (Behavior, Adaptability, Bond) assessment matches each puppy to your lifestyle so you get the right fit from day one. Whether you are reading those profiles from a quiet road outside Ragersville or a busier street in town, they are written so you can picture that puppy curled up in your own living room rather than guessing from a photo alone. We would rather you fall in love with the right temperament than the cutest face in the litter. View Available Puppies

Frequently Asked Questions About Mini Bernedoodle Puppies

These are the questions families ask us most often when they call about a Mini Bernedoodle, and we would rather answer them honestly here than leave you guessing.

What makes Ohio Puppy Paws different from other Mini Bernedoodle breeders in Ragersville?

We have been raising Mini Bernedoodle puppies from our Millersburg home since 2011, which means more than a decade of learning what makes these dogs thrive rather than simply producing litters. Every parent dog in our program goes through OFA and genetic testing before breeding, and each puppy leaves with a 3-year health guarantee that protects your family well past that first vet visit. We also spend weeks watching personalities develop so our matching process can point you toward the puppy that actually suits your home.

How does the temperament-matching program work?

We begin observing each puppy’s unique traits early in their life, noting who bounds toward a stranger and who settles quietly in a lap. Those observations get documented week by week, giving us a real picture of each Mini Bernedoodle instead of a guess. When your application tells us about your children, your work hours, and your yard, we use those notes to match the puppy whose personality fits your lifestyle and home environment.

What’s included with every Mini Bernedoodle puppy?

Every Mini Bernedoodle goes home covered by our 3-year health guarantee, so the early years are backed by something more substantial than a promise. Our $399 starter kit sends you off with the food your puppy already eats, a collar and leash, grooming basics, and a training guide that removes most of the first-week guesswork. We also include free FaceTime check-ins and lifetime breeder support, because questions do not stop at eight weeks and neither does our involvement.

What should Ragersville families know before getting a Mini Bernedoodle?

Life around Ragersville moves at a pace that suits these dogs beautifully, with open country roads, rolling farmland, and plenty of room for a daily walk that burns off the energy a young Mini Bernedoodle carries. Plan on a solid half hour or more of activity each day, since a bored Bernedoodle will invent a job for itself that you did not assign. That wavy Bernese-and-Poodle coat also needs brushing several times a week and a professional trim every couple of months, especially after a muddy Tuscarawas County spring.

Is a Mini Bernedoodle a good fit for families in Ragersville?

The Mini Bernedoodle’s steady, affectionate temperament comes straight from the Bernese side, which makes them wonderfully patient with the multigenerational households and farm families common throughout this corner of Ohio. At roughly 25 to 45 pounds they are substantial enough to keep up on a long walk down a township road, yet small enough to settle easily in a village home in Ragersville without needing acres to be content. They bond deeply to their people, which is exactly what you want in a community where the dog is part of the daily rhythm rather than an afterthought.

How far do families travel to pick up their Mini Bernedoodle from Ohio Puppy Paws?

We are based in Millersburg, and families regularly make the drive from every corner of Ohio and from neighboring states because they want to meet the people raising their puppy. For families in Ragersville the trip is a short and scenic one, though we also arrange delivery options for households there and well beyond when travel is not practical. Either way, you will hear from us before pickup day so the handoff is calm for you and for your puppy.
