From our home in Millersburg, we’ve been a trusted breeder since 2011, raising puppies that grow up underfoot in a busy family kitchen rather than tucked away in a kennel. Below you can browse the puppies available right now, see how our matching process pairs each one with the right household, and review your reservation options.

The Best Mini Bernedoodle Breeder In Wilkins Run, Ohio

Ohio Puppy Paws is a family-run mini bernedoodle breeder serving wilkins run, Ohio. Our Millersburg farm has been home to this breeding program since 2011, long enough for us to learn what makes a Mini Bernedoodle thrive in a real family home. Every litter begins with health-tested parents who complete OFA and genetic testing, because the temperament and soundness a puppy inherits shapes the next decade of your life together. Our puppies are ethically raised with daily handling, household noise, and plenty of lap time, so they arrive already comfortable with the rhythm of family living. We back every mini bernedoodle with a 3-year health guarantee, giving you room to settle in without second-guessing the decision.

Available Mini Bernedoodle Puppies for Wilkins Run Families

Every puppy ready for a home right now has a full profile with current photos and honest temperament notes written by the people who feed, hold, and play with them each morning. We describe the bold explorer and the gentle observer differently because those two puppies will settle into very different households, and a family in Wilkins Run deserves to know which one is walking toward their door. Our BAB (Behavior, Adaptability, Bond) assessment matches each puppy to your lifestyle so you get the right fit from day one. If a particular face catches your eye, tell us about your home and we’ll be honest about whether that puppy is the one.

Frequently Asked Questions About Mini Bernedoodle Puppies

What makes Ohio Puppy Paws different from other mini bernedoodle breeders in Wilkins Run?

We’ve been raising Mini Bernedoodle puppies from the same Millersburg property since 2011, which means our breeding decisions come from more than a decade of watching how specific pairings turn out in real homes. Both parents in every litter complete OFA and genetic testing before we ever plan a breeding, and each puppy leaves with a 3-year health guarantee so your first years together are about training and walks rather than worry. We also take the time to match puppies to households deliberately, because the right temperament fit matters as much as the pedigree behind it.

How does the temperament-matching program work?

Our behavior assessment starts in the first weeks of a puppy’s life, when we begin noting who charges toward a new sound, who studies it first, and who comes looking for a lap when the room gets busy. We document those traits as they develop and stay consistent, so by the time a puppy is ready to leave we have a clear picture rather than a guess. Then we line that picture up against your household — toddlers or teenagers, acreage or a fenced yard, quiet days or constant company — and recommend the puppy who will genuinely settle in.

What’s included with every Mini Bernedoodle puppy?

Every puppy comes with our 3-year health guarantee, the longest protection we can responsibly stand behind, and our $399 starter kit stocked with the food your puppy is already eating, a collar and leash, grooming basics, and a training guide written for this breed. Free FaceTime check-ins keep you connected from reservation through pickup, and lifetime breeder support means you can reach out about crate training at ten weeks or coat changes at ten months and still get an answer from us.

What should Wilkins Run families know before getting a Mini Bernedoodle?

Life around Wilkins Run and the rolling eastern edge of Licking County suits this breed beautifully, with open ground, township roads, and nearby trails around Dillon and Blackhand Gorge that give a Mini Bernedoodle the daily movement they crave. Plan on a solid walk or good romp every day plus a little mental work, because a bored Bernedoodle invents its own entertainment. Their wavy coats need brushing a few times a week and a professional trim roughly every eight to twelve weeks, especially after a muddy Ohio spring.

Is a Mini Bernedoodle a good fit for families in Wilkins Run?

For households spread between farmhouses, wooded lots, and newer builds outside Newark, the Mini Bernedoodle lands in a sweet spot — big enough to tag along on a hike or ride in the truck, small enough at roughly 25 to 50 pounds to curl up on the porch or share a car seat with the kids. They carry the steady, affectionate Bernese disposition with a dose of Poodle smarts, which makes them patient with children, welcoming to the neighbors who stop by, and quick to learn the fence line on a rural property.

How far do families travel to pick up their Mini Bernedoodle from Ohio Puppy Paws?

We’re based in Millersburg, and families drive in from every corner of Ohio as well as Pennsylvania, Michigan, Indiana, and Kentucky to meet their puppy in person and see where it grew up. For households in Wilkins Run and beyond who can’t make the trip work, delivery options are available so your Mini Bernedoodle still arrives safely and on schedule. Either way, we walk you through the handoff ahead of time so pickup day is calm for you and for the puppy.
