From our home in Millersburg, we’ve been a trusted breeder since 2011, raising every litter underfoot in our kitchen rather than in a kennel somewhere out back. That long-standing care is exactly what we carry into every conversation with families searching for Mini Bernedoodle puppies for sale in Locust Grove, Ohio, because the puppies we raise here are meant to grow up in homes like yours. Below you can browse the puppies available right now, see how our matching process pairs each one with the right household, and review the reservation options that fit your timing.

The Best Mini Bernedoodle Breeder In Locust Grove, Ohio

Ohio Puppy Paws is a family-run mini bernedoodle breeder serving locust grove, Ohio. Our Millersburg farm has been home to this breeding program since 2011, long enough for us to learn what makes a Mini Bernedoodle thrive in a real family’s living room. Every puppy here is ethically raised with daily handling from the moment their eyes open, so the dog you bring home already understands that people are gentle and worth trusting. Our parent dogs complete OFA and genetic testing before they are ever bred, which means we know what we’re passing forward instead of hoping for the best. We stand behind that work with a 3-year health guarantee on every Mini Bernedoodle, giving you years of real reassurance rather than a few short weeks. Reserve a Puppy

Available Mini Bernedoodle Puppies for Locust Grove Families

The puppies ready for homes right now each have a full profile with current photos and honest temperament notes written by the people who feed them, play with them, and know which one steals the toys. We put that detail in writing because a household in Locust Grove with a quiet schedule needs a very different puppy than one with three kids and a trampoline out back. Our BAB (Behavior, Adaptability, Bond) assessment matches each puppy to your lifestyle so you get the right fit from day one. Tell us about your days and we’ll point you toward the Mini Bernedoodle who already lives that way. View Available Puppies

Upcoming Mini Bernedoodle Litters

If this season is not the right one for a puppy, our planned litters let you claim a spot early and bring your Mini Bernedoodle home when life actually has room for one. Each listing shows the parents’ health records so you know the genetics behind the litter, the coat types and adult size we expect from that pairing, and a projected availability window you can plan a drive from Locust Grove around. Reserving ahead simply means the waiting happens on your schedule instead of someone else’s. View Upcoming Litters

How to Reserve Your Mini Bernedoodle Puppy

There is nothing complicated about the first step — families in Locust Grove and throughout the region begin with a short application that tells us about your home, your household, and what you’re hoping for in a dog. Once we review and approve it, a deposit locks in your spot and our matching process begins, pairing your family with the puppy whose temperament suits you rather than simply the one who is next in line. Between reservation and pickup day we host free FaceTime check-ins so you can watch your Mini Bernedoodle grow, ask the small questions, and meet your puppy long before the ride home. Start Your Application or call or text Becky at (330) 601-6871 if you’d like to talk through availability first.

Frequently Asked Questions About Mini Bernedoodle Puppies

These are the questions families ask us most often, answered the same way we’d answer them on the phone.

What makes Ohio Puppy Paws different from other mini bernedoodle breeders in Locust Grove?

We have been raising Mini Bernedoodle puppies from our Millersburg home since 2011, which gives us more than a decade of knowing how these dogs mature and what a family should expect in year three rather than just week one. Our parent dogs go through OFA and genetic testing before breeding, and every puppy leaves here with a 3-year health guarantee that reflects how confident we are in those lines. We also take the time to match each puppy to the household that suits them, so you get a dog chosen for your life instead of whichever one happened to be left.

How does the temperament-matching program work?

We start watching each Mini Bernedoodle in the first weeks of life, noticing who runs toward a new sound and who hangs back to think about it, and we write those observations down as the puppies grow. By the time families are choosing, we have a documented picture of each puppy’s energy, confidence, and how readily they bond. We then set that picture against what you’ve told us about your home — kids, stairs, work schedules, other pets — and recommend the puppy whose nature already fits the way you live.

What’s included with every Mini Bernedoodle puppy?

Every Mini Bernedoodle comes with our 3-year health guarantee, which is the longest reassurance we know how to give a family bringing home a brand-new puppy. Our $399 starter kit covers the food they’re already eating, a collar and leash, grooming basics, and a training guide written for the first weeks at home, so nothing about day one catches you unprepared. Free FaceTime check-ins keep you connected before pickup, and lifetime breeder support means you can text us at year six with a question and still get an answer.

What should Locust Grove families know before getting a Mini Bernedoodle?

Locust Grove sits in the rolling, wooded country near the Scioto Brush Creek valley, and a Mini Bernedoodle is wonderfully suited to that kind of place — long walks on gravel roads, afternoons in the yard, and a dog happy to come inside and settle when the day winds down. Plan on brushing a few times each week and a professional groom every couple of months, because these coats hold burrs and brambles that come with rural southern Ohio living. Daily exercise matters too, and a solid walk plus some play in the yard keeps a Mini Bernedoodle calm, focused, and easy to live with.

Is a Mini Bernedoodle a good fit for families in Locust Grove?

For a community where homes often come with acreage, outbuildings, and neighbors who stop to chat at the end of the drive, the Mini Bernedoodle temperament works beautifully — devoted to their own people, gentle with children, and friendly without being frantic when someone new pulls in. The smaller size is practical for the way life runs out here, easy to lift into a pickup for a trip to Portsmouth or Peebles yet sturdy enough to keep up on a hike through Shawnee State Forest. They are also content in a modest farmhouse or a single-story home where a full-size Bernese Mountain Dog would take up the whole kitchen.

How far do families travel to pick up their Mini Bernedoodle from Ohio Puppy Paws?

We are based in Millersburg in the heart of Holmes County, and families make the drive from every corner of Ohio as well as Pennsylvania, Indiana, Michigan, and Kentucky to meet their puppy in person. Plenty of people treat pickup day as a trip worth taking, since seeing where your Mini Bernedoodle grew up tells you more than any photo can. For families in Locust Grove and beyond who would rather not spend the day on the road, we can discuss delivery options when you reserve.
