The Best Mini Bernedoodle Breeder In Jacksontown, Ohio

Ohio Puppy Paws is a family-run mini bernedoodle breeder serving jacksontown, Ohio. From our Millersburg home, we’ve been dedicated to raising Mini Bernedoodle puppies since 2011, learning something new from each generation of dogs we love. Our mothers and fathers go through OFA and genetic testing before they are ever bred, because knowing the health behind a puppy is the most honest thing we can give you. Every Mini Bernedoodle leaves us backed by a 3-year health guarantee, which means our commitment doesn’t end the moment your car pulls out of the driveway. We also stay available for the life of your dog, answering questions about training, grooming, or anything that comes up years down the road. Reserve a Puppy

Available Mini Bernedoodle Puppies for Jacksontown Families

Each puppy currently ready for a home has a full profile with photos and honest temperament notes, written by the people who feed them, hold them, and know which one steals the toys. Our BAB (Behavior, Adaptability, Bond) assessment matches each puppy to your lifestyle so you get the right fit from day one. Because jacksontown households range from quiet acreage to busy homes full of kids and visitors, those notes let you picture exactly how a particular Mini Bernedoodle would settle into your days. We would rather you fall for the right personality than the cutest photo, and we will happily tell you when a puppy isn’t your match. View Available Puppies

Upcoming Mini Bernedoodle Litters

If this season isn’t your season — a new baby, a move, a busy stretch at work — our planned litters let you claim a spot early and simply wait for the right puppy to arrive. Every upcoming litter is posted with the parents’ health records, expected coat type and adult size range, and a projected availability window, so a family in jacksontown can line up a pickup date months before the puppies are even born. Planning ahead is often how the calmest, best-prepared homes end up with their favorite picks. View Upcoming Litters

How to Reserve Your Mini Bernedoodle Puppy

Securing your future Mini Bernedoodle companion begins with a few easy steps, designed for your convenience. The application is where families in jacksontown and throughout the region begin, and once we review and approve it, a deposit locks in your spot so nobody else can claim it. From there our matching process begins in earnest, pairing your household rhythm with the puppy whose temperament suits it, and we include free FaceTime check-ins between reservation and pickup so you watch your puppy grow instead of wondering. Those calls are our favorite part of the whole thing. Start Your Application or call or text Becky at (330) 601-6871 if you’d like to talk through availability first.

Frequently Asked Questions About Mini Bernedoodle Puppies

These are the questions families ask us most often, and we answer them the same way on the phone as we do here — plainly, and with the dogs’ best interest leading the way.

What makes Ohio Puppy Paws different from other mini bernedoodle breeders in Jacksontown?

We have been breeding from the same Millersburg property since 2011, which gives us more than a decade of knowing exactly how our lines mature in temperament, coat, and size. Every parent dog completes OFA and genetic testing before breeding, and each puppy goes home with a 3-year health guarantee that reflects how confident we are in what we raise. Instead of handing out puppies in the order deposits arrive, we use our matching process so the dog you bring home genuinely suits your household.

How does the temperament-matching program work?

Our behavior assessment starts in the first weeks of a puppy’s life, when we begin noting who runs toward noise, who curls up in a lap, and who needs a moment before trying something new. We document those traits as they develop and compare them against what you tell us about your home — kids, other pets, work hours, how much yard and how much quiet. Then we recommend the Mini Bernedoodle whose natural temperament fits that picture rather than leaving the choice to chance.

What’s included with every mini bernedoodle puppy?

Every puppy comes with our 3-year health guarantee, which covers you well past the first uncertain months of ownership. Our $399 starter kit includes the food your puppy is already eating, a collar and leash, grooming basics, and a training guide so your first week at home has far less guesswork. You also get free FaceTime check-ins before pickup and lifetime breeder support afterward, because we stay invested in your Mini Bernedoodle for as long as you have them.

What should Jacksontown families know before getting a mini bernedoodle?

Living near Buckeye Lake and the open ground along US-40 means plenty of room to walk, swim, and burn off energy, and a Mini Bernedoodle will take every bit of that exercise you can offer — think a solid daily walk plus play rather than a quick trip around the block. Their wavy to curly coats need brushing a few times a week and professional grooming every couple of months, which matters more when your dog spends time in muddy fields and lake water. These are smart, people-oriented dogs who do best when they are part of the family’s daily routine rather than left alone for long stretches.

Is a mini bernedoodle a good fit for families in Jacksontown?

For a community like Jacksontown, where homes often sit on a bit of land and neighbors still wave from the porch, a Mini Bernedoodle’s steady, affectionate nature makes them a natural fit for a dog who greets visitors warmly and settles down indoors. Their smaller frame handles a modest fenced yard or a lake cottage just as comfortably as acreage, and the Bernese side of their heritage brings a gentle patience that suits households with young children and grandparents coming through. Weekend trips to Blackhand Gorge or the state park trails become easier with a dog this size, since they hike happily and still tuck into the back seat without filling it.

How far do families travel to pick up their mini bernedoodle from Ohio Puppy Paws?

We are based in Millersburg, and families drive to us from every corner of Ohio as well as Pennsylvania, Indiana, Michigan, and beyond to meet their puppy in person. The trip from jacksontown is an easy morning in the car, though we also arrange delivery options for families who would rather have their Mini Bernedoodle brought to them. Tell us what works for your schedule and we will sort out the details together.
