As an Ohio breeder rooted in Millersburg since 2011, we’ve spent well over a decade raising healthy, well-socialized Mini Bernedoodle puppies that grow up underfoot in a family home rather than a kennel. That same long-standing care is what allows us to offer Mini Bernedoodle puppies for sale in Kirkersville, Ohio, placing puppies born and raised on our Millersburg farm with families throughout the community we’re happy to serve. Below you can browse the puppies ready now, see how our matching process pairs each one with the right household, and review reservation options for upcoming litters.

The Best Mini Bernedoodle Breeder In Kirkersville, Ohio

Ohio Puppy Paws is a family-run mini bernedoodle breeder serving kirkersville, Ohio. Our breeding program started in Millersburg back in 2011, and everything we’ve learned since then still happens here on the same family property where the puppies are born. Every litter comes from health-tested parents who complete OFA and genetic testing before they’re ever bred, because knowing what’s behind a puppy is the only honest way to promise a family a sound dog. That confidence is why every Mini Bernedoodle leaves us with a 3-year health guarantee, giving you real protection well past the puppy stage. Our puppies are ethically raised with daily handling, household noise, and gentle early socialization, which is exactly why they settle so quickly into a new home.

Available Mini Bernedoodle Puppies for Kirkersville Families

Every available Mini Bernedoodle puppy on our site has a full profile with current photos and honest temperament notes written by the people who feed them, hold them, and watch them play all day. Our BAB (Behavior, Adaptability, Bond) assessment matches each puppy to your lifestyle so you get the right fit from day one. Because Kirkersville sits an easy drive from us, you can read through those profiles, narrow down the puppy whose energy level genuinely suits your household, and come meet your short list in person without guessing. We’d rather you fall for the right personality than simply the cutest photo.

Frequently Asked Questions About Mini Bernedoodle Puppies

What makes Ohio Puppy Paws different from other Mini Bernedoodle breeders in Kirkersville?

We’ve been breeding from the same Millersburg property since 2011, which means our pairings are the result of more than a decade of watching how these dogs grow up rather than guesswork. Every parent dog goes through OFA and genetic testing before breeding, and every puppy goes home with a 3-year health guarantee that we stand behind personally. On top of that, our temperament-matching program means we’re recommending a specific puppy for your household instead of letting you pick blind from a pen.

How does the temperament-matching program work?

We start watching each Mini Bernedoodle puppy within the first few weeks, noting who bounces toward a new sound, who hangs back to observe, and who flops over for a belly rub the moment you sit down. Those traits get documented as the litter grows, so by the time matching happens we have real history on each puppy rather than a single afternoon’s impression. Then we line that up with what you’ve told us about your home — kids, other pets, work hours, how active your weekends look — and recommend the puppy who will genuinely thrive there.

What’s included with every Mini Bernedoodle puppy?

Every puppy is covered by our 3-year health guarantee, which protects you long after the first vet visit is behind you. Our $399 starter kit sends you home with the food they’re already eating, a collar and leash, grooming basics, and a training guide, so the first week is about bonding instead of emergency shopping trips. You also get free FaceTime check-ins before pickup and lifetime breeder support afterward, because questions don’t stop once the puppy is yours.

What should Kirkersville families know before getting a Mini Bernedoodle?

Kirkersville’s small-village pace, with quiet streets, room to walk, and the trails and parks of Licking County just minutes away, suits a Mini Bernedoodle beautifully as long as you plan on a solid daily walk or a good romp in the yard to burn off that Bernese-and-Poodle energy. Their wavy coat does need brushing a few times a week and a professional trim every couple of months, and we’ll show you exactly how to stay ahead of mats before you ever leave with your puppy. These are smart, people-oriented dogs who do best when they’re part of the daily routine rather than left alone for long stretches.

Is a Mini Bernedoodle a good fit for families in Kirkersville?

For a community like Kirkersville, where many families have a yard but also commute toward Columbus or Newark, the Mini Bernedoodle hits a genuinely practical middle ground — big enough to hike, swim, and keep up with kids, small enough to load into the car and live comfortably in a modest home. They carry the steady, affectionate Bernese temperament that makes them patient with children and relaxed around neighbors, paired with Poodle intelligence that makes training a pleasure. Whether your evenings involve ball games at the park or a quiet night on the couch, this is a dog that adapts to both.

How far do families travel to pick up their Mini Bernedoodle from Ohio Puppy Paws?

We’re based in Millersburg in Holmes County, and families drive in from all across Ohio as well as Pennsylvania, Indiana, Michigan, and Kentucky to meet their puppy in person, which is always our favorite way to do a homecoming. For families in Kirkersville and beyond, delivery options are also available if the drive doesn’t work with your schedule. Either way, we’ll talk through the logistics ahead of time so pickup day is calm for you and for the puppy.
