The Best Mini Bernedoodle Breeder In Perry Township, Ohio

Ohio Puppy Paws is a family-run mini bernedoodle breeder serving perry township, Ohio. Our breeding program began in 2011 in Millersburg, and the years since have taught us exactly how much attention a well-started puppy deserves before it ever leaves us. Every Mini Bernedoodle we raise comes from parents cleared through OFA and genetic testing, because the health of the parents is the single best predictor of the years you’ll spend with your dog. Each puppy goes home with a 3-year health guarantee, a promise we can stand behind because we know the lines we breed and we don’t guess about them. Our puppies are ethically raised underfoot in our home, handled daily by people who know each one by name, so the dog you meet is already used to family noise and gentle hands. Reserve a Puppy

Available Mini Bernedoodle Puppies for Perry Township Families

Every available Mini Bernedoodle on our site has a full profile with current photos and honest temperament notes written by the people who feed, hold, and play with that puppy each day. We write those notes plainly so a family in Perry Township can tell the difference between the pup who naps through anything and the one who will meet you at the door with a toy. Our BAB (Behavior, Adaptability, Bond) assessment matches each puppy to your lifestyle so you get the right fit from day one. Reading through the profiles is genuinely the best first step, because the right puppy usually stands out once you know what you’re looking at. View Available Puppies

Upcoming Mini Bernedoodle Litters

If a new puppy isn’t right for your household this month, planning ahead is often the smarter move, and our upcoming litters let you claim a spot long before the pups arrive. Each planned litter is listed with the parents’ health records, the expected coat type and adult size range, and a projected availability window, so families throughout the Perry Township area can line up a puppy with a school break, a slower work season, or a move. Spots on popular pairings fill early, and we’d rather see you plan than wait. View Upcoming Litters

Frequently Asked Questions About Mini Bernedoodle Puppies

What makes Ohio Puppy Paws different from other Mini Bernedoodle breeders in Perry Township?

We have been breeding from our home in Millersburg since 2011, which means we know our lines well enough to tell you what a puppy will likely grow into rather than hoping for the best. Every parent dog is cleared through OFA and genetic testing before we ever plan a litter, and every puppy leaves with a 3-year health guarantee behind it. Instead of letting families pick by color alone, we use our matching process to pair each puppy with the household where its temperament will thrive.

How does the temperament-matching program work?

We start watching each puppy within the first few weeks, noting who settles quickly, who investigates every new sound, and who seeks out a lap the moment one is available. Those observations get written down as the litter develops, so by the time puppies are ready to go home we have weeks of documented behavior rather than a single snapshot. Then we line those traits up against your lifestyle, your household’s energy, and your home environment, and recommend the puppy we honestly believe belongs with you.

What’s included with every Mini Bernedoodle puppy?

Every puppy goes home with a 3-year health guarantee, which gives families real time to settle in rather than a brief window of coverage. Our $399 starter kit covers the food your puppy is already eating, a collar and leash, grooming basics, and a training guide written for the first weeks at home, so nothing about day one has to be improvised. Free FaceTime check-ins run from reservation through pickup, and our lifetime breeder support means you can still call us when your dog is seven years old and something new comes up.

What should Perry Township families know before getting a Mini Bernedoodle?

This part of north central Ohio rewards a dog that can handle real seasons, from muddy spring fields and lake-country humidity to the snow that arrives every winter, and a Mini Bernedoodle’s wavy coat picks up all of it. Plan on brushing a few times a week and a professional groom every eight to ten weeks, because the curlier coats mat faster than new owners expect. These dogs also want a genuine daily outing, whether that’s a walk through the neighborhood, time in a fenced yard, or a trip to the trails and parks nearby.

Is a Mini Bernedoodle a good fit for families in Perry Township?

For the mix of farmhouses, small subdivisions, and in-town homes common across this corner of Richland County, the Mini Bernedoodle size range hits a practical middle ground, big enough to keep up on a long walk or a county fair outing, small enough to settle in a modest living room. They carry the Bernese Mountain Dog’s steady, affectionate nature, which makes them patient with kids and easygoing with the neighbors and visitors who come through a close-knit community. Families who are home often and want a dog genuinely involved in daily life tend to be the happiest Mini Bernedoodle owners we know.

How far do families travel to pick up their Mini Bernedoodle from Ohio Puppy Paws?

We are based in Millersburg, in the heart of Amish country, and families drive in from every corner of Ohio as well as Pennsylvania, Michigan, Indiana, and beyond to meet their puppy in person. Pickup day at our place is something we genuinely look forward to, since it’s the first time you get to hold the dog you’ve been watching grow. For families in Perry Township and farther out who can’t make the drive, delivery options are available, and Becky will walk you through what works best.
