As a trusted breeder raising dogs from our family farm in Millersburg since 2011, we have spent well over a decade learning what a truly well-started puppy looks like and refusing to settle for anything less. That same dedication is what carries us into conversations with families searching for Mini Bernedoodle puppies for sale in Mifflin Township, Ohio, because where a puppy lands matters just as much to us as how it begins. Below you can browse the puppies available right now, see how our matching process pairs temperament with real home life, and review your options for reserving a spot.

The Best Mini Bernedoodle Breeder In Mifflin Township, Ohio

Ohio Puppy Paws is a family-run mini bernedoodle breeder serving Mifflin Township, Ohio. Everything happens on our property in Millersburg, where we have been breeding since 2011 and still handle every feeding, every weigh-in, and every first wobbly walk ourselves. Our puppies are raised ethically underfoot in our home rather than tucked away in a kennel, which is why they arrive comfortable with noise, kids, and everyday family commotion. Both parents complete OFA and genetic testing before we ever plan a pairing, because knowing what is behind a puppy is the only honest way to breed. Every Mini Bernedoodle also leaves with a 3-year health guarantee, giving your family real protection through the years that matter most.

Available Mini Bernedoodle Puppies for Mifflin Township Families

Each puppy currently looking for a home has a full profile with current photos and honest temperament notes written by the people who have watched them grow up on the kitchen floor. We write those notes plainly so a household in Mifflin Township can tell the difference between the pup who wants to be in your lap all evening and the one who would rather chase a ball across the yard until dark. Our BAB (Behavior, Adaptability, Bond) assessment matches each puppy to your lifestyle so you get the right fit from day one. We would much rather hold a puppy an extra week than send one somewhere it was never suited to be.

Upcoming Mini Bernedoodle Litters

If the timing is not quite right yet — a move on the horizon, a busy season at work, a summer schedule to get through first — our planned litters let you plan ahead and claim a spot long before the puppies arrive. Each listing shows the parents’ health records, the coat types and adult size range we expect from that pairing, and a projected availability window, so a Mifflin Township household can line up a homecoming with the calendar instead of hoping something opens up. Spots on popular pairings fill early, and we keep reserved families updated the whole way through.

Frequently Asked Questions About Mini Bernedoodle Puppies

What makes Ohio Puppy Paws different from other Mini Bernedoodle breeders in Mifflin Township?

We have been breeding from our Millersburg property since 2011, which means our pairings are built on more than a decade of knowing exactly how these lines mature in temperament, coat, and size. Every parent dog goes through OFA and genetic testing before we plan a litter, and every Mini Bernedoodle we raise comes with a 3-year health guarantee that keeps us accountable well past pickup day. What families notice most, though, is our behavior assessment, where we match a specific puppy to a specific household rather than letting whoever is fastest to deposit pick first.

How does the temperament-matching program work?

We observe each puppy from an early age, documenting their unique traits to ensure they are matched with a family whose lifestyle and home environment are a perfect fit. Those notes track the small things that predict adult personality — how a puppy recovers from a startle, whether it seeks out hands or heads off alone, how it handles new surfaces and sounds — and they give us something real to work with when you tell us about your household. By the time you arrive, we are not guessing about the match, and neither are you.

What’s included with every Mini Bernedoodle puppy?

Every Mini Bernedoodle goes home with a 3-year health guarantee, which covers the window when inherited conditions would realistically surface and lets you enjoy the puppy stage instead of worrying through it. Our $399 starter kit sends you out the door with the food your puppy is already eating, a collar and leash, grooming basics for that curly coat, and a training guide written for this breed specifically. Free FaceTime check-ins and lifetime breeder support mean we are still the people you text at year four when a question comes up.

What should Mifflin Township families know before getting a Mini Bernedoodle?

Life in the Mifflin Township area means open acreage, gravel back roads, and easy access to the woods and water around Charles Mill Lake, all of which a Mini Bernedoodle will happily take advantage of with a good daily walk or a long romp through the yard. That wavy Bernese-and-Poodle coat does need brushing a few times a week and a professional trim every couple of months, especially after a muddy Ohio spring or a burr-filled autumn hike. These dogs are bright and people-oriented, so consistent early training and real time with the family will get you far more than any gadget ever will.

Is a Mini Bernedoodle a good fit for families in Mifflin Township?

The Mini Bernedoodle’s adaptable temperament and manageable size make them a wonderful fit for Mifflin Township homes, whether you’re enjoying a quiet evening or exploring local parks. At roughly 25 to 45 pounds they have the Bernese steadiness to settle on a farmhouse porch and the stamina to keep up with kids crossing a few acres, without the bulk of a full-size Bernese in a smaller house or a vehicle on the drive to Mansfield. For rural and semi-rural households in this part of Richland County, that combination of calm indoors and game-for-anything outdoors is exactly why we love the breed.

How far do families travel to pick up their Mini Bernedoodle from Ohio Puppy Paws?

We are based in Millersburg in the heart of Holmes County, an easy drive for most of north-central Ohio and a trip families regularly make from Michigan, Pennsylvania, Indiana, and Kentucky. Pickup day here is unhurried on purpose — you meet the puppy where it grew up, ask everything you want to ask, and leave with your questions answered. For families in Mifflin Township and beyond who cannot make the drive, we can talk through delivery options and arrange safe transport instead.
