The Best Mini Bernedoodle Breeder In Olivesburg, Ohio

Ohio Puppy Paws is a family-run mini bernedoodle breeder serving olivesburg, Ohio. Everything we do happens on our Millersburg property, where our breeding program began in 2011 and has grown one carefully planned litter at a time. Our puppies are raised underfoot in the middle of family life, which means they meet noise, children, and new textures long before they ever meet a car ride home. Both parents of every litter go through OFA and genetic testing, because knowing what’s behind a puppy is the only honest way to talk about its future. Every Mini Bernedoodle leaves us with a 3-year health guarantee, a promise we stand behind because we would want the same assurance ourselves.

Available Mini Bernedoodle Puppies for Olivesburg Families

Each available puppy has a full profile with current photos and honest temperament notes written by the people who handle them every single day. You’ll read about the pup who follows us across the yard, the one who naps through the loudest afternoons, and the one who thinks every visitor arrived specifically for her. Our BAB (Behavior, Adaptability, Bond) assessment matches each puppy to your lifestyle so you get the right fit from day one. Whether your home in Olivesburg is quiet and settled or full of kids and commotion, those notes tell you which puppy belongs in it.

Frequently Asked Questions About Mini Bernedoodle Puppies

What makes Ohio Puppy Paws different from other Mini Bernedoodle breeders in Olivesburg?

We have been breeding from the same Millersburg property since 2011, which means more than a decade of knowing exactly how our lines mature, settle, and behave in a real household. Every parent dog goes through OFA and genetic testing before we ever plan a pairing, and every puppy goes home with a 3-year health guarantee that protects your family well past the puppy stage. We also refuse to hand out puppies first-come, first-served, choosing instead to run a matching process that considers who each pup actually is.

How does the temperament-matching program work?

From early observations, we document each puppy’s unique traits — confidence, energy, sensitivity to handling, how quickly they recover from a startle — and those notes build a real picture rather than a guess. We then weigh that picture against what you’ve told us about your home environment and daily rhythm, so a bold explorer heads toward an active household and a gentler pup lands somewhere calm. It’s the part of our work we care about most, because the right pairing shapes the next twelve or more years.

What’s included with every Mini Bernedoodle puppy?

Every Mini Bernedoodle comes with our 3-year health guarantee, giving you room to settle in without worrying about what might surface later. Our optional starter kit is $399 and includes the food your puppy is already eating, a collar, a leash, grooming basics, and a training guide written around how we raise these dogs. You also get free FaceTime check-ins before pickup and lifetime breeder support afterward, because our phone stays on long after you’ve driven home.

What should Olivesburg families know before getting a Mini Bernedoodle?

Olivesburg’s quiet crossroads setting and the open Richland County countryside around it suit a Mini Bernedoodle beautifully, as long as that space actually gets used — these dogs want a daily walk, a good romp, and something to think about. Their wavy coats need brushing a few times a week and a professional trim every couple of months, which is simpler to stay ahead of when you build it into your routine from the first week. We’ll walk you through grooming schedules and exercise expectations before your puppy ever comes home.

Is a Mini Bernedoodle a good fit for families in Olivesburg?

A Mini Bernedoodle’s joyful spirit and moderate size are well-suited for the lifestyles found around Olivesburg, where a dog small enough to ride along to Mansfield errands still has the sturdiness to handle a muddy spring field or a long hike at nearby Mohican. They carry the Bernese steadiness that makes them patient with children and welcoming to neighbors who stop by, without the bulk of a full-size Bernese in a farmhouse kitchen. For households that want a devoted companion for both porch evenings and weekend adventures, this is a remarkably comfortable match.

How far do families travel to pick up their Mini Bernedoodle from Ohio Puppy Paws?

We are based in Millersburg, an easy drive south of Olivesburg, and families regularly come to us from across Ohio and from neighboring states because they want to meet the people raising their puppy. Pickup day at our place is unhurried on purpose, with time to ask questions and watch your pup say goodbye to littermates. If the drive doesn’t work, delivery options are available for families in Olivesburg and well beyond.
