The Best Mini Bernedoodle Breeder In Blooming Grove Township, Ohio

Ohio Puppy Paws is a family-run mini bernedoodle breeder serving blooming grove township, Ohio. Our Millersburg home has been the heart of this breeding program since 2011, and the dogs here are family long before they are anything else. Every puppy grows up underfoot in our house, handled daily and gently exposed to noise, children, and routine so the transition to your home is calm rather than frightening. Our parent dogs go through OFA and genetic testing before they are ever bred, because the health of a puppy begins generations before it is born, and we back that work with a 3-year health guarantee on every mini bernedoodle we place. If you are reading these profiles from Blooming Grove Township, they are meant to tell you which puppy will nap beside a quiet reader and which one will chase children across the yard until dark. We would rather you fall for the right personality than the cutest photograph. View Available Puppies

Upcoming Mini Bernedoodle Litters

If this season is not your season — a move, a new baby, a summer of travel — our planned litters let you choose your timing instead of rushing it. Every upcoming litter page lists the parents’ health records, the coat types and adult size range we expect from that pairing, and a projected availability window, which means a family in Blooming Grove Township can plan a pickup trip to Millersburg around a school break or a quiet stretch at work. Reserving early simply means your name is already on the list when those puppies arrive. View Upcoming Litters

Frequently Asked Questions About Mini Bernedoodle Puppies

What makes Ohio Puppy Paws different from other mini bernedoodle breeders in Blooming Grove Township?

We have been breeding from the same Millersburg property since 2011, which means our lines are ones we know intimately rather than dogs purchased and resold. Every parent dog completes OFA and genetic testing before breeding, and each mini bernedoodle leaves with a 3-year health guarantee that reflects our confidence in that groundwork. Just as importantly, we hand-match puppies to households instead of letting families pick blindly from a photo gallery.

How does the temperament-matching program work?

Our observations start in the first weeks of life, when we are already noticing which puppies recover quickly from a startle, which ones seek out laps, and which ones investigate every new object in the room. We document those traits week by week so that by the time your puppy is ready to travel, we have a real picture of its personality rather than a guess. Then we compare that picture to what you have told us about your children, your work schedule, your other pets, and the pace of your home, and we recommend the puppy most likely to thrive there.

What’s included with every mini bernedoodle puppy?

Every mini bernedoodle goes home with a 3-year health guarantee, which gives you years of reassurance rather than a few short weeks of coverage. Our $399 starter kit covers the food your puppy is already eating, a collar and leash, grooming basics, and a training guide so the first nights are far less overwhelming. We also include free FaceTime check-ins before pickup and lifetime breeder support afterward, because questions about chewing, grooming, or feeding do not stop at eight weeks old.

What should Blooming Grove Township families know before getting a mini bernedoodle?

Life in the farm country of northern Richland County means mud, tall grass, burrs, and long walks down quiet township roads, all of which a Mini Bernedoodle will adore and carry home in its coat. Plan on brushing a few times each week and a professional trim roughly every eight to ten weeks to keep that wavy coat from matting after wet Ohio springs. These are active, people-oriented dogs that need daily exercise and real companionship, so a yard alone will not satisfy a Mini Bernedoodle the way time with you will.

Is a mini bernedoodle a good fit for families in Blooming Grove Township?

Mini Bernedoodles tend to be remarkably good at both ends of the day, happily trotting the property line or riding along to Shiloh or Mansfield for errands, then flopping down by the woodstove once chores are finished. At roughly 25 to 45 pounds, they are substantial enough for rural acreage and outdoor work alongside you, yet mannerly and compact enough for an older farmhouse or a smaller home in the village. The Bernese side brings a steady, affectionate devotion that suits households where children, grandparents, and visiting neighbors all pass through the kitchen.

How far do families travel to pick up their mini bernedoodle from Ohio Puppy Paws?

Our farm sits in Millersburg in the heart of Amish country, and families regularly drive in from every corner of Ohio as well as Pennsylvania, Michigan, Indiana, and beyond to meet their puppy in person. For families in Blooming Grove Township and farther afield, we also arrange delivery options when a round trip simply will not fit the calendar. Whichever way your puppy travels, we walk you through the logistics well before pickup week so nothing is left to chance.
