The Best Mini Goldendoodle Breeder In Strasburg, Ohio

Ohio Puppy Paws is a family-run mini goldendoodle breeder serving strasburg, Ohio. Everything we do happens on our Millersburg property, where we have been breeding since 2011 and where our puppies grow up underfoot in a real home rather than a kennel. Our parent dogs go through OFA and genetic testing before a single litter is planned, because knowing what we are breeding is the only honest way to raise a dog you will live with for fifteen years. Every mini goldendoodle leaves us with a 3-year health guarantee, which means you are never carrying the uncertainty of those early years alone. Lifetime breeder support comes standard too, so the day you drive home is the beginning of our relationship rather than the end of it. Reserve a Puppy

Available Mini Goldendoodle Puppies for Strasburg Families

Every puppy currently looking for a home has a full profile with current photos and honest temperament notes written by the people who feed them every morning, so you know whether you are looking at the pup who charges the door or the one who naps in the sunbeam. Our BAB (Behavior, Adaptability, Bond) assessment matches each puppy to your lifestyle so you get the right fit from day one. If you are weighing a quiet household in Strasburg against a busier one with kids and a fenced yard, those notes tell you which puppy will actually thrive in your rooms. We would far rather you fall for the right personality than the cutest photograph. View Available Puppies

Upcoming Mini Goldendoodle Litters

Sometimes the timing simply is not right yet, and planning ahead for a future litter is often the smarter move than rushing a decision you will live with for years. Each planned pairing is posted with the parents’ health records, the coat types and adult sizes we expect from that cross, and a projected availability window, which gives Strasburg families enough runway to arrange vacation time, puppy-proof the house, and genuinely prepare. Reserving early also means you choose from the whole litter rather than what is left. View Upcoming Litters

How to Reserve Your Mini Goldendoodle Puppy

The path to bringing home your new puppy is clear and supportive from the very first step, and it begins with a short application that tells us about your household, your schedule, and what you are hoping for in a dog. Once we approve the application, a deposit locks in your spot and our matching process begins in earnest, pairing documented puppy temperaments with the details you shared about your home. Families in Strasburg and throughout the region find the application an easy starting point, and between reservation and pickup we set up free FaceTime check-ins so you can watch your puppy grow up. Start Your Application or call or text Becky at (330) 601-6871 if you’d like to talk through availability first.

Frequently Asked Questions About Mini Goldendoodle Puppies

What makes Ohio Puppy Paws different from other mini goldendoodle breeders in Strasburg?

We have been breeding from the same Millersburg farm since 2011, which means our lines are ones we know intimately rather than dogs we acquired last season. OFA and genetic testing on our parent dogs comes before any breeding decision, and every puppy goes home backed by a 3-year health guarantee that puts our name behind the dog we raised. On top of that, we match puppies to families by documented temperament instead of first-come-first-served, because the fit matters more than the order of the list.

How does the temperament-matching program work?

We begin observing traits early in each puppy’s life, watching how they handle new sounds, strangers, handling, and the ordinary chaos of a household with other dogs around. Those observations get documented as the litter develops, so by the time puppies are ready to leave we can tell you which one is bold, which one is velcro, and which one simply wants a quiet lap. Then we match that personality to your lifestyle and home environment, which is how families end up with a dog that fits their days rather than fights them.

What’s included with every mini goldendoodle puppy?

Every puppy comes with a 3-year health guarantee, and the $399 starter kit covers the food they are already eating, a collar and leash, grooming basics, and a training guide written for the first few weeks at home. Free FaceTime check-ins run between reservation and pickup so you can watch your puppy grow, and lifetime breeder support means you can call us at month three or year seven with a question about coat care, diet, or behavior. We would rather answer the small questions early than hear about a problem later.

What should Strasburg families know before getting a mini goldendoodle?

Living between the Tuscarawas River valley and the farmland that surrounds Strasburg means plenty of room to walk a dog, and a Mini Goldendoodle will happily take every mile you offer before settling in for the evening. Plan on a daily walk or solid yard play along with brushing a few times a week and a professional groom every eight to twelve weeks, since that wavy coat mats quickly behind the ears and under the legs if it is neglected. Ohio winters also mean muddy paws, so a towel by the door earns its keep fast.

Is a mini goldendoodle a good fit for families in Strasburg?

The Mini Goldendoodle’s friendly temperament and adaptable size suit the mix of homes around Strasburg, from village lots along Wooster Avenue to the larger properties out toward Zoar and Dover, because a twenty-five to forty pound dog is manageable in close quarters yet sturdy enough for a day outdoors. They are social by nature, which fits a tight-knit community where neighbors talk over fences and Friday nights at the ball field draw a crowd. For households with children or grandparents visiting often, that gentle, people-oriented disposition is the whole point.

How far do families travel to pick up their mini goldendoodle from Ohio Puppy Paws?

Our farm sits just outside Millersburg, roughly an hour from Strasburg, and families regularly drive in from across Ohio as well as Pennsylvania, Michigan, Indiana, and West Virginia to meet their puppy in person. We also provide delivery options for families in Strasburg and surrounding areas, which makes the handoff simple when a long drive with a new puppy is not practical. Either way, we walk you through feeding, crate routines, and the first night before you leave.
