The Best Mini Goldendoodle Breeder In Stillwater, Ohio

Ohio Puppy Paws is a family-run mini goldendoodle breeder serving stillwater, Ohio. Our breeding program began in Millersburg in 2011, and more than a decade of raising these dogs has taught us exactly what a sound, well-socialized puppy should look like before it ever leaves us. Every parent dog in our program goes through OFA and genetic testing, because the health of a puppy you’ll love for the next fifteen years starts long before that puppy is born. We stand behind that work with a 3-year health guarantee on every puppy, which is our way of telling you we believe in the dogs we raise. Our puppies grow up ethically raised inside our home around children, noise, and everyday commotion, so the dog that comes to you is already used to the rhythm of family life. Reserve a Puppy

Available Mini Goldendoodle Puppies for Stillwater Families

Every puppy currently looking for a home has a full profile on our site with recent photos, weight updates, and honest temperament notes written by the people who handle them daily. We’ll tell you which puppy follows us around the yard, which one naps through everything, and which one is first to the food bowl, because those small details end up mattering more than color ever will. Our BAB (Behavior, Adaptability, Bond) assessment matches each puppy to your lifestyle so you get the right fit from day one. If you’re reading these profiles from Stillwater and picturing which puppy would settle best into your home, that’s exactly the conversation we love having. View Available Puppies

How to Reserve Your Mini Goldendoodle Puppy

Bringing home a puppy from us starts with one short application, and we’ve kept it that way on purpose because paperwork should never be the hard part of this. Once we review and approve your application, a deposit locks in your spot and our matching process begins, where we compare what we’ve learned about each puppy against what you’ve told us about your household, your schedule, and your expectations. Between the day you reserve and the day you drive home, we offer free FaceTime check-ins so you can watch your puppy grow instead of just imagining it. For families in Stillwater and across the region, that application is the first real step. Start Your Application or call or text Becky at (330) 601-6871 if you’d like to talk through availability first.

Frequently Asked Questions About Mini Goldendoodle Puppies

These are the questions families ask us most often, answered the same way we’d answer them over the phone.

What makes Ohio Puppy Paws different from other mini goldendoodle breeders in Stillwater?

We have been breeding from our Millersburg home since 2011, which means the dogs behind our litters are generations of our own careful selection rather than names we met last year. Every parent dog goes through OFA and genetic testing before being bred, and each puppy leaves with a 3-year health guarantee that reflects how confident we are in that groundwork. The other real difference is our matching process, where we help you choose based on temperament rather than letting you guess from a photo.

How does the temperament-matching program work?

Observations begin early in each puppy’s life, when we start noting who investigates a new sound first, who settles quickly when handled, and who seeks out a lap the moment one is available. We document those traits week by week so we have a real picture of each personality rather than a single-day snapshot. When it’s time to match, we weigh those notes against your household — children, other pets, work schedules, how much yard you have — and recommend the puppy most likely to thrive in that exact home.

What’s included with every mini goldendoodle puppy?

Every mini goldendoodle goes home covered by our 3-year health guarantee, which is the single most important thing we hand you at pickup. Our $399 starter kit covers the first awkward week with the food your puppy is already eating, a collar and leash, grooming basics, and a training guide written for this breed specifically. You also get free FaceTime check-ins before pickup and lifetime breeder support afterward, so we’re reachable whether the question comes at eight weeks or eight years.

What should Stillwater families know before getting a mini goldendoodle?

Life around the Tuscarawas valley lends itself well to this breed — there’s room for a long walk, trail time near the river, and plenty of porch sitting afterward, and a mini goldendoodle will happily join you for all three. Plan on brushing a few times a week and a professional groom roughly every eight to ten weeks, since that wavy coat mats quietly if it’s ignored. Expect to need daily activity too, because a bored mini goldendoodle will invent a job for itself and you probably won’t like the one it picks.

Is a mini goldendoodle a good fit for families in Stillwater?

For families in Stillwater, a mini goldendoodle can be a wonderful addition, with a playful spirit for muddy afternoons outdoors and a loving presence for quiet evenings once the house winds down. Their size works just as well in an older farmhouse with acreage as it does in a smaller village home where a giant dog would feel like furniture. They’re also naturally sociable, which suits a tight-knit community where neighbors stop to talk and your dog is expected to be part of the conversation.

How far do families travel to pick up their mini goldendoodle from Ohio Puppy Paws?

We’re based in Millersburg, and families drive in from every corner of Ohio as well as Pennsylvania, Michigan, Indiana, and beyond to meet their puppy in person. The Stillwater drive is an easy one, and many families treat the trip through Holmes County as part of the day. For families in Stillwater and beyond, we also offer convenient delivery options to bring your new puppy directly to you.
